Creamy Chicken Bake Steamed whole green beans Frozen yogurt popsicles

Creamy Chicken Bake From Campbell's Kitchen Serves 4.
1 1/2 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (4 to 6) 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Cream of Broccoli Soup 1/3 cup milk 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1 jar (4 1/2 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
1. Place the chicken in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch shallow baking dish. Mix the soup, milk, garlic powder, mushrooms in a medium bowl, and pour over the chicken. 2. Mix the cheese and bread crumbs with the butter in a small bowl and sprinkle over the soup mixture. 3. Bake at 400°F. for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Place the chicken on a serving plate. Stir the sauce and serve with the chicken.
Serve with steamed whole green beans. For dessert, serve frozen yogurt popsicles.
TIP: Use chicken breast strips or cubes, or even cubed ham or sliced smoked sausage, for a change of pace.
